No Plan Travel is a personal project, independent and ad-free. It does not sell products or services.

2. What this website is

noplan.travel presents the No Plan Travel Travel Buddy, an AI travel assistant that works inside ChatGPT (a custom GPT) and Google Gemini (a Gem). The website has no user accounts and no forms: its buttons take you to ChatGPT or Gemini, which are services of OpenAI and Google.

3. Terms of use

By using this website and the Travel Buddy you accept these terms. You agree to:

  • use them only for lawful purposes;
  • not attempt to gain unauthorised access to their systems;
  • not interfere with the proper functioning of the website;
  • verify the Travel Buddy’s information independently before making bookings or travel decisions.

To use the Travel Buddy you need a ChatGPT or Google account, and the terms and policies of OpenAI or Google apply there as well (see the privacy policy).

4. AI-generated content

The itineraries, routes, accommodation recommendations, transport options and activities the Travel Buddy suggests are generated by artificial intelligence and are for information and guidance only.

We do not guarantee:

  • the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information;
  • the availability of the accommodation, transport or services mentioned;
  • that suggested routes or paths exist or are passable;
  • the schedules, prices or conditions of third-party services;
  • the safety of any route, destination or suggested activity.

You are responsible for:

  • verifying all information before travelling;
  • checking availability and booking through official channels;
  • checking current weather and safety conditions;
  • buying appropriate travel insurance;
  • making your own travel decisions, at your own risk.

In an emergency, call the local emergency number (112 in the European Union).

5. Limitation of liability

We take care of the Travel Buddy, but we cannot guarantee that what it suggests is free of errors or right for you. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information provided by this website or the Travel Buddy, such as financial losses, cancellations, accidents or injuries, nor for decisions you make based on it, nor for the unavailability of the website or of third-party services.

This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law, nor liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, illustrations and code of this website belong to the owner, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. You may view them for your personal, non-commercial use; for any other use, ask for written permission.

ChatGPT and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners. This website is not affiliated with OpenAI or Google.

This website links to third-party services such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, WhatsApp or Telegram. It does so for your convenience: the owner does not control their content, terms or privacy policies and is not responsible for them.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any right the law gives consumers to bring a claim before the courts where they live.

We may change this notice at any time. We will publish it on this page with its update date. If you keep using the website or the Travel Buddy after a change, you accept it.
