In short

  • This website uses no cookies, no storage in your browser (such as localStorage), no analytics and no third-party resources: fonts, images and code are served from noplan.travel.
  • It has no accounts and no forms. We do not ask you for any data.
  • If you write to us at info@noplan.travel, we use your email only to reply.
  • The Travel Buddy works on ChatGPT and Gemini. What you write there is processed by OpenAI or Google under their own policies.

2. What data we process, why, and on what basis

The emails you send us. If you write to info@noplan.travel, we process your email address, your name if you include it and what you tell us.

  • Why: to reply and deal with your request.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you start (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • How long: as long as needed to reply and, after that, 12 months at most, unless we need to keep it longer to deal with a claim.
  • How it arrives: email to noplan.travel is received by Cloudflare (Email Routing), which forwards it to the owner’s personal mailbox at Gmail (Google).

The technical data of your visit. Like any website, to serve you the pages your browser connects to our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and the technical data of each request (the page requested, date and time, browser).

  • Why: to serve the website and protect it from abuse and attacks.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a website that works and is secure (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • What we keep: nothing. We have no database and no visit logs.

3. What we do not do

  • We use no cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones. That is why there is no cookie banner.
  • We store nothing in your browser: no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
  • We use no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and we load no fonts, scripts or images from other servers.
  • We do not profile you, and we do not sell or share data.

Sharing sends nothing to anyone until you choose to: you can copy the address, open your device’s share menu or follow the links to WhatsApp or Telegram. The QR codes are drawn in the page itself.

4. The Travel Buddy on ChatGPT and Gemini

When you tap «Open on ChatGPT» or «Open on Gemini» you leave noplan.travel. The short links noplan.travel/gpt and noplan.travel/gem only redirect you there. To use the Travel Buddy you need to sign in with your account, and what you write is processed by OpenAI or Google as controllers, under their policies:

5. Who else processes the data

Cloudflare, which hosts the website and receives email for noplan.travel, acts as data processor. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States, so there may be international data transfers, covered by Cloudflare’s data processing addendum (DPA), which includes the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, and by its participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Google, as provider of the Gmail mailbox where the owner receives and answers email sent to noplan.travel. In the European Economic Area the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC, in the United States, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. There are no other recipients, unless required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, write to info@noplan.travel.

As we keep no data about visits, in practice all we hold are the emails you may have sent us.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will say so on this page with its date. If the website ever offers something that processes more data, we will extend this policy before offering it.
